Re: You can now be woken up for Amrit Vela

Hmm, we've definitely had this discussion before except the comments were more 'defined' as to why Amrit Vela was created. In my opinion, it is very likely another control issue centred around Bhakti processes, although in all fairness it may have just been copied from other forms of Yoga that exist...

Re: BK Controversies

Afraid to say and considering Woody Allen's past controversies, and wanting to marry his own adopted daughter in the past, I'd suggest you stay away from that ... that would be truly controversial.

(Should this thread not be merged with"BKWSU for Beginners" as the content is merging a little ...?).

Re: BK Controversies

Proposed BKWSU "student handbook". This seems to be a fairly common problem around the world. For example, in South Africa, those who are in college or school do not like to be called 'student'. So now the political buzzword is 'learner' ... for the Handbook being compiled here, I'd suggest the tit...

Re: BK Controversies

The problem often being is that the students, whilst thinking they are taking full responsibility for themselves and their spiritual life, have been fooled and therefore have handed over their responsibility for their own life to something they think is bigger and better than them.

Re: BKWSU for beginners

Quite obviously the heads of the BKWSU are either in total denial of the processes are just too busy to be bothered to reply, as well as in ego of being the "chosen" ones. There are many teachings around this world of ours that teach that their followers are the special ones who will save the world....

Re: BKWSU for beginners

I thought is was quite accurate, it doesn't seem like BK bashing to me. I'd most certainly agree, from our perception and experience it's accurate and very direct too. We'd probably be told that we're out of touch with the BKWSU teachings considering that we've been out of it for so long. And it's ...

The drama is very huge and man is just a small insect! - by mbbhat The drama may be very huge but to say that human is just a small insect is invalid. After all, is it not your God that has appointed certain humans to change the drama by changing their consciousness? Therefore the role that 'human'...

Re: BKWSU for beginners

I understand both points of view here but I can say that the forum is not truly receiving a balanced viewpoint, or interaction, which would prove otherwise. So, obviously, it's going to go in one direction, unchecked, if we're not careful. I hereby make a suggestion that the BK members who are curre...

Re: Raja Yoga (What is it?)

Raja Yoga should make the individual more aligned with reality. However, if we adhere to the point taught that life is an illusion then we must also be taught how to connect with something that is non-illusionary (think that BK Raja Yoga replaces one reality with another form of reality though). Sur...

Re: As in the Beginning, so in the End

... and there it is ... in brown and white ... pity none of it is even relevant any longer anyway, except in proving historical revisions. And BKWSU re-written teachings that are now so, like, outdated (did anyone tell the BKs that, eh?) - with the rise of the "Goddess" energy on the planet it may m...

Re: Raja Yoga (What is it?)

In the well known yogas (that were present before BKWSU), karmayoga means finding (assuming more precisely) God in karma. ... and surely there must be newer styles of Yoga that has begun since the inception of the RajYoga styled BKWSU teachings. What of them, how much truth do they actually perceiv...

Re: As in the Beginning, so in the End

Thanx for the requested explanation ex-l. I am feeling as if I am taking a bit of a chance by posting this info here and leaving myself wide-open for some critique I s'pose but here goes - it's on subject and an honest sharing of my own pathway that may be of some interest to those who choose to enq...
