Dharana Point No.103 (chart of remembrance)

Bhakti marg may aksar karke koi sanyaasi aadi jab baithtey hain toh aankhein band karke baithtey hain. Yahaan kaaydaa hai dekhtey huay bhi chalaaymaan nahee hona hai. Apnee pareekshaa leni hoti hai ki dekhney say meri vritti kharaab toh nahee hoti hai? Ham bhal dekhtey hain parantu buddhi ka Yoga Baap ke saath hai. Manushya bhojan banaayengey toh aankhein band karke toh nahee banaayengey na. Isko kahaa jaataa hai hath kaar dey dil yaar dey. Karmendriyon say kaam kartee rahegi parantu buddhi may hoga ki mai pati ke liye bhojan banaati hoon. Tum bachchey Baap kee service may ho. Baap kahtey hain – bachchey, mai tumhara obedient servant hoon. Bachchon ko arthaat aatmaon ko samjhaayengey na. Aatma kahegi – sweet Father, aap jo hamko gyaan aur Yoga sikhlaatey ho, ham us service may hee busy hain. Aur aapney direction diya hai ki grihasth vyavhaar may rahtey, kaam kartey ghari-ghari mujhey Yaad kartey raho. Tum regular Yaad kar nahee saktey. Koi kahey ham 12 ghanta Yaad kartey hain, parantu nahee. Maya ghari-ghari buddhiyog jaroor hataayegi. Tumhaari ladaai hai hee Maya ke saath. Maya Yaad karney nahee deti hai kyonki tum Maya par jeet paatey ho. Ravanjeet jagatjeet. Ram bhi jagatjeet thay. Suryavanshi, Chandravanshi jagatjeet thay. Toh in aankhon say dekhtey huay buddhi Baap ke saath rahnee chaahiye. Dekhnaa hai merey ko koi chalaaymaani toh nahee aati hai. Baap ko poora Yaad karnaa hai. Aisey nahee ki mai toh ShivBaba ka hoon hee, Yaad karney kee kya darkaar hai. Parantu nahee, khaas Yaad karnaa hai aur yah note rakhnaa hai ki saarey din may hamney kitnaa samay Yaad kiya? Aisey bahut hotey hain jo saarey din kee history likhtey hain ki hamney saaraa din yah-yah kiya. Jaroor achchey manushya hee likhengey. Achchi chaal likhtey hain toh pichaadi vaaley dekhkar seekhein. Buraai likhein toh unko dekh aur bhi buraai seekhengey. Ab Baap bachchon ko raai detey hain ki tumko chart rakhnaa hai." "In the path of worship, mostly when sanyasi etc. sit, they sit with their eyes closed. Here it is a rule that you should not become inconstant (chalaymani) even while seeing. You should test yourself whether your vibrations become bad on seeing or not? Although we see, our intellect is connected with the Father. When people cook food, they will not close their eyes and cook, will they? For this it is said: ‘hands are busy at job and the heart is busy with friend (hath kaar de, dil yaar de)’. Continue to work with the bodily organs, but remember the Father. For example, a wife cooks food for her husband. She works with her hands but it will be in her intellect: I am preparing food for my husband. You children are in the Father’s service. The Father says: Children, I am your obedient servant. I will explain to the children, i.e. the souls, will I not? The soul (children) will say: Sweet Father, we are busy in the service of (teaching) the knowledge and Yoga that you teach us. And you have given a direction: while leading a household life, while working, keep remembering me repeatedly. You cannot remember regularly. Someone may say that he remembers for 12 hours, but no. Maya will certainly disconnect the intellect again and again. Your fight is only with Maya. Maya does not allow you to remember because you gain victory over Maya. Those who gain victory over Ravan conquer the world. Ram was also a conqueror of the world. The Suryavanshis, Chandravanshis were conquerors of the world. So, while seeing through these eyes the intellect should remain with the Father. You should check: do I become inconstant. You should remember the Father completely. It is not as if: I belong to ShivBaba anyway; where is the need to remember? But no, you should especially remember and you should keep note as to how much time you remembered (the Father) throughout the day? There are many who write the history of the entire day: we did these things in the entire day. Definitely, only good people will write it. If they write good behavior the latter generations may read it and learn. If they write bad things then others will read it and learn evil things as well. Dharana Point No.104 (food)

“तुम जानते हो हमने बाप की गोद ली है तो बाप को जरूर याद करना पड़े। भोग बनाते हो तो भी शिवबाबा को याद करना है। आगे भोग बनाते थे तो कृष्ण को, राम को, गुरूनानक को याद करते थे। गुरूवाणी पढ़ते थे। याद में बनायेंगे तब तो शुद्ध होगा। फिर प्रैक्टिस पड़ जाती है। यहाँ भी बाप के याद की प्रैक्टिस पड़ जानी चाहिए। जितना हो सके भोग वा भोजन बनाने के समय बाबा को याद जरूर करना है, बहुत-बहुत जरूरी है। परन्तु बच्चे याद करते नहीं। भण्डारे में एक-दो को याद कराना चाहिए कि बाबा को याद कर भोजन बनाओ। ऐसे करते-करते पक्के हो जायेंगे। जिनको अभ्यास नहीं होगा, वह तो कभी याद करेंगे नहीं। ब्रह्मा भोजन की बहुत महिमा है तो जरूर कुछ होगा ना। देवतायें भी इच्छा रखते हैं ब्रह्मा भोजन की। तो याद में रह भोजन बनाने से अपना भी कल्यायण होता है तो आनेवालों का भी कल्या ण होता है। याद में रहने से बुद्धि में आ जाता है कि हम शिवबाबा से वर्सा ले रहे हैं। परन्तु बच्चे याद करते नहीं हैं, यह कच्चाई है। आगे चलकर ऐसे बच्चे निकलेंगे जो बाप की याद में एकदम मस्त हो जायेंगे। याद में ही भोजन आदि बनायेंगे। जैसे शराब का नशा चढ़ जाता है। तुम बच्चों को फिर यह रूहानी बाप की याद का नशा रहना चाहिए, इससे बहुत फायदा है। साजन को वा बाप को याद करना है, अति मीठा बाप है। इन जैसा मीठा कोई होता नहीं। बाहर वाले तो इन बातों को जानते ही नहीं। देवी-देवता धर्म वाले ही समझ सकते हैं।....सवेरे उठकर तुम बाबा की याद में भोजन बनायेंगे तो भोजन में ताकत रहेगी। इतना तुम बच्चों को नशा रहना चाहिए – सारे मनुष्य कुल का उद्धार करना है।“ (ब्रह्माकुमारियों द्वारा प्रकाशित रिवाइज़्ड साकार मुरली तारीख १४.१२.०७, पृष्ठ २ एवं ३)

“Tum jaantey ho hamney Baap kee goad lee hai toh Baap ko jaroor Yaad karnaa padey. Bhog banaatey ho toh bhi ShivBaba ko Yaad karnaa hai. Brahma bhojan kee bahut mahima hai toh jaroor kuch hoga na. Devtaaen bhi ichcha rakhtey hain Brahma bhojan ki. Toh Yaad may rah bhojan banaaney say apnaa bhi kalyaan hota hai toh aaney vaalon ka bhi kalyaan hota hai. Yaad may rahney say buddhi may aa jaataa hai ki ham ShivBaba say varsa ley rahey hain. Parantu bachchey Yaad kartey nahee hain, yah kachchaai hai. Aagey chalkar aisey bachchey niklengey jo Baap kee Yaad may ekdam mast ho jaayengey. Yaad may hee bhojan aadi banayengey. Jaisey sharaab ka nashaa chadh jaataa hai. Tum bachchon ko fir yah roohani Baap kee Yaad ka nashaa rahnaa chahiye, is say bahut faaydaa hai. Saajan koh va Baap ko Yaad karnaa hai, atee meetha Baap hai. In jaisa meetha koi hota nahee. Baahar vaaley toh in baton ko jaantey hee nahee. Devi-devtaa dharma vaaley hee samajh saktey hain……Saverey uthkar tum Baba kee Yaad may bhojan banaayengey toh bhojan may taakat rahegi. "You know : we have come to the lap of the Father; so, we have to certainly remember the Father. Even when you prepare Bhog you have to remember ShivBaba. Earlier when we used to prepare Bhog we used to remember Krishna, Ram, Guru Nanak. We used to read the Guru Vani. Only when we cook in remembrance it will become pure. Then it becomes a practice/habit. Even here, you should develop the practice of remembering the Father. As much as possible, while preparing Bhog or cooking food you should certainly remember Baba; it is very-very necessary. But the children do not remember. You should remind each other in the kitchen to cook in the remembrance of Baba. By doing like this you will become firm. Those who do not have practice will never remember. Brahma bhojan is praised a lot; so there must be definitely something in it, mustn’t there? Even deities yearn for Brahma bhojan. So, cooking food in remembrance causes benefit to the self as well the visitors. By remaining in remembrance it occurs to the intellect: we are obtaining inheritance from ShivBaba. But children do not remember; this is their weakness. In future such children will emerge who will become intoxicated in the Father’s remembrance. They will cook food etc. only in remembrance. Just as someone is intoxicated after drinking wine. You children should then remain intoxicated in the remembrance of the spiritual Father; it is very beneficial. You should remember the husband (saajan) or the Father; He is sweetest Father . There is no one as sweet as Him. The outsiders do not know these issues at all. Only those who belong to the deity religion can understand…... If you wake up early in the morning and cook food in the remembrance of Baba, there will be power in that food. Dharana Point No.105 (getting entangled in name and form)

“बाबा समझाते हैं कभी भी किसी देहधारी को याद नहीं करना, ५ तत्वों के शरीर को बुत कहा जाता है। तो तुम्हें ५ तत्वों के शरीर को याद नहीं करना है। भल माया बहुत विघ्न डालती है परन्तु हारना नहीं है। बुद्धि में रहे मेरा तो एक बाबा दूसरा न कोई। इस बाबा के शरीर के साथ भी तुम्हारा लव नहीं होना चाहिए। कोई भी शरीर के साथ लव रखा तो अटक जायेंगे। बाबा जानते हैं बहुत मेल्स की भी आपस में ऐसी दोस्ती हो जाती है जो एक दो के नाम-रूप में फँस मरते हैं। इतनी प्रीत लग जाती है जो शिवबाबा को भूल जाते हैं। दो कन्याओं (फीमेल्स) का भी आपस में इतना लव हो जाता है जैसे आशिक होते हैं। उनको कितनी भी ज्ञान की समझानी दो परन्तु माया छोड़ती नहीं है क्योंकि ईश्वरीय मत के विरुद्ध चलते हैं। भल ज्ञान भी उठा लेवे परन्तु अवस्था डगमग रहती है। योग से जो विकर्म विनाश हो, वह होते नहीं। ऐसे-ऐसे बहुत हैं, बाबा नाम नहीं लेते।....कोई तो एक दो के नाम रूप में ऐसे फँसते हैं जैसे आशिक माशुक बने हैं। फिर मम्मा बाबा को भी याद नहीं करते। एक दो को याद करते रहते हैं।“ (ब्रह्माकुमारियों द्वारा प्रकाशित रिवाइज़्ड साकार मुरली तारीख २८.१२.०७, पृष्ठ १ एवं २)

“Baba samjhaatey hain kabhi bhi kisi dehdhaari ko Yaad nahee karnaa, 5 tatwon ke shareeer ko but kahaa jaataa hai. Toh tumhey 5 tatwon ke shareeer ko Yaad nahee karnaa hai. Bhal Maya bahut vighna daaltee hai parantu haarnaa nahee hai. Buddhi may rahey mera toh ek Baba doosraa na koi. Is Baba ke shareeer ke saath bhi tumhara love nahee honga chaahiye. Koi bhi shareeer ke saath love rakha toh atak jayengey. Baba jaantey hain bahut males kee bhi aapas may aisi dosti ho jaati hai, jo ek do ke naam roop may fans martey hain. Itnee preet lag jaati hai jo ShivBaba ko bhool jaatey hain. Doh kanyaaon (females) ka bhi aapas may itnaa love ho jaataa hai jaisey aashik hotey hain. Unko kitnee bhi gyaan kee samjhaani doh parantu Maya chodtee nahee hai kyonki eeshwariya mat ke viruddh chaltey hain. Bhal gyaan bhi uthaa levey parantu avastha dagmag rahtee hai. Yoga say jo vikarma vinaash ho, vah hotey nahee. Aisey-aisey bahut hain, Baba naam nahee letey…....Koi toh ek doh ke naam roop may aisey fanstey hain jaisey aashik maashuk baney hain. "Baba explains – Never remember any bodily being. The body made up of the five elements is called an effigy. So, you should not remember the body made up of the five elements. Although Maya creates a lot of obstacles, yet one should not accept defeat. The intellect should think – one Baba and none else is mine. You should not love even the body of this Baba (i.e. the corporeal Chariot). If you develop love for any body, you will get stuck. Baba knows that many males also develop such friendship that they get entangled in name and form. They develop such love that they forget ShivBaba. Two virgins (females) also develop such love for each other as if they are lovers. However much you may explain to them but Maya does not leave because they act against the Godly directions. Although they may grasp the knowledge, yet the stage keeps oscillating. Their Yoga does not burn their sins. There are many such persons; Baba does not announce their names……Some get entangled in the name and form of each other in such a manner as if they are lovers. “दूसरी बात जो कभी ध्यान का पार्ट चलता है फलानी में मम्मा आई, बाबा आया – यह भी माया है। बहुत खबरदारी से चलना है। बात कैसे करते हैं, उससे समझ जाना है। कोई-कोई में माया का भूत आ जाता है फिर कहते हैं शिवबाबा आया, मुरली चलाते हैं – यह सब माया विघ्न डालती है। बहुत ट्रेटर निकल जाते हैं। बहुत धोखा देते हैं। इन सब बातों से बहुत सम्भाल करनी है। पढ़ाई पर पूरा ध्यान देना है। नहीं तो माया बहुत हैरान करेगी।“ (ब्रह्माकुमारियों द्वारा प्रकाशित रिवाइज़्ड साकार मुरली तारीख २८.१२.०७, पृष्ठ २)

Doosri baat jo kabhi dhyaan ka part chalta hai falaani may Mama aai, Baba aaya – yah bhi Maya hai. Bahut khabardaari say chalnaa hai. Baat kaisey kartey hain, us say samajh jaanaa hai. Koi-koi may Maya ka bhoot aa jaataa hai fir kahtey hain ShivBaba aaya, Murli chalaatey hain – yah sab Maya vighna daaltee hai. Bahut traitor nikal jaatey hain. Bahut dhokha detey hain. "Secondly, the part of trance that is played sometimes; (Children think that) Mama came in someone, Baba came in someone – this also is Maya. You should act very cautiously. You should understand (judge) them by the way they talk. The ghost of Maya enters in some; then they say: ShivBaba came (in me); they narrate Murli. All these are obstacles created by Maya. Many turn out to be traitors. Many deceive. You should be cautious of all these things. You should pay complete attention to the studies. Otherwise Maya will disturb a lot." Dharana Point No.107 (Songs)

“यह है तुम्हारी पढ़ाई। पढ़ाई में कोई बाजा गाजा नहीं बजाते। तुम्हारी पढ़ाई होती है सवेरे। उस समय मनुष्य सोये रहते हैं। वास्तव में तुमको रिकार्ड बजाने की भी दरकार नहीं है। हम तो आवाज़ से परे जाते हैं। यह तो निमित्त सबको जगाने के लिए बजाने पड़ते हैं। मुरली पढ़ने अथवा सुनने में आवाज़ बाहर नहीं जाता है। पढ़ाई में आवाज़ होता ही नहीं है। बाप बैठ मन्त्र देते हैं – बच्चे चुप रहकर मुझे याद करो। यहाँ कोई गुरू आदि तो है नहीं जो बैठ एक-एक को कान में मन्त्र दे। फिर कह देते किसको नहीं सुनाना। यहां तो वह बात नहीं है। बाबा तो ज्ञान का सागर है।....यह सब बाप ही आकर बच्चों को समझाते हैं। इसमें गीत गाने वा कविता आदि सुनाने की दरकार नहीं। हम संगमयुग के ब्राह्मणों की रसम-रिवाज़ बिल्कुल ही न्यारी है....बाबा ने समझाया है पढ़ाई में बाजे गाजे की दरकार ही नहीं है। बाबा ने कह दिया है कोई अच्छे-अच्छे रिकार्ड हैं, जो बाबा ने बनवाये हैं – तो जब देखो उदासी आती है तो अपने को रिफ्रेश करने के लिए भल ऐसे-ऐसे गीत बजाओ। परन्तु जितना आवाज़ कम करेंगे तो अच्छा है। रॉयल मनुष्य कम आवाज़ करते हैं। मुख से थोड़ा बोलना है। जैसे रत्न निकलते हैं। तुम ईश्वर के बच्चे हो तो कितनी रॉयल्टी, कितना तुम्हारे में नशा होना चाहिए। राजा के बच्चे को इतना नशा नहीं होगा जितना तुमको रहना चाहिए।“ (ब्रह्माकुमारियों द्वारा प्रकाशित रिवाइज़्ड साकार मुरली तारीख ३०.१२.०७, पृष्ठ २ एवं ४)

“Yah hai tumhaari padhaai. Padhaai may koi baja gaja nahee bajaatey. Tumhaari padhaai hoti hai saverey. Us samay manushya soye rahtey hain. Vaastav may tumko record bajaaney kee bhi darkaar nahee hai. Ham toh aawaaz say parey jaatey hain. Yah toh nimitt sabko jagaaney ke liye bajaaney padtey hain. Murli padhney athava sun-ney may aawaaz baahar nahee jaataa hai. Padhaai may aawaaz hota hee nahee hai. Baap baith mantra detey hain – bachchey chup rahkar mujhey Yaad karo. Yahaan koi guru aadi toh hai nahee jo baith ek-ek ko kaan may mantra dey. Fir kah detey kisko nahee sunaanaa. Yahaan toh vah baat nahee hai. Baba toh gyaan ka saagar hai……yah sab Baap hee aakar bachchon ko samjhaatey hain. Ismay geet gaaney va kavita aadi sunaaney kee darkaar nahee. Ham Sangamyug ke Brahmanon kee rasam-rivaaz bilkul hee nyaari hai…..Baba nay samjhaya hai padhaai may baajey gaajey kee darkaar hee nahee hai. Baba nay kah diya hai koi achchey-achchey record hain, jo Baba nay banvaaye hain – toh jab dekho udaasi aati hai toh apney ko refresh karney ke liye bhal aisey-aisey geet bajaao. Parantu jitnaa aawaaz kam karengey toh achcha hai. Royal manushya kam aawaaz kartey hain. Mukhh say thoda bolnaa hai. Jaisey ratna nikaltey hain. Tum Eeshwar ke bachchey ho toh kitnee royalty, kitnaa tumhaarey may nashaa hona chaahiye. Raja ke bachchey ko itnaa nashaa nahee hoga jitnaa tumko rahnaa chaahiye." "This is your study. Nobody plays musical instruments while studying. You study in the mornings. At that time people remain asleep. Actually there is no need for you to play records (i.e. songs) etc. We go beyond the stage of sounds. This is required to be played to wake up everyone. While studying or listening to Murli the sound does not spread outside. Studying doesn’t involve sounds at all. The Father sits and gives a mantra – Children, remember me silently. Here, there is no guru etc. to sit and narrate the mantra in each one’s ear. Then they say – Do not tell anyone. Here it is not like that. Baba is an ocean of knowledge…....Only the Father comes and explains all these matters to the children. There is no need to sing songs or to recite poems etc. in this. The rituals and traditions of us Brahmins of the Confluence Age are unique…..Baba has explained – There is no need at all for musical instruments in the studies. Baba has said that there are some such nice records (songs) which Baba has got prepared. So, when you feel sad, you may play such songs in order to refresh yourself. But the lesser sounds you make, the better it would be. Royal people make less noise. One should speak very little from the mouth. It is as if gems emerge. You are God’s children so you should have so much royalty; you should feel so intoxicated. A king’s child will not have as much intoxication as you should have." “अभी तुम इतने नामीग्रामी नहीं हुए हो क्योंकि यह नई चीज़ है। बाम्बे में चिमिन्यानंद के पास बहुत जाते हैं। उनका अखबार में भी पड़ता है। यहाँ तो सिर्फ सुनते हैं पवित्र रहना होगा तो वायरे (कन्फ्यूज़) हो जाते हैं। स्त्री पुरुष इकट्ठे रहकर पवित्र रहें, इम्पासिबुल। आग और कपूस हैं। स्त्री तो नर्क का द्वार है, उनके साथ रहने से नर्क में चले जाते हैं। परन्तु अपने को नर्क का द्वार नहीं समझते। तो मनुष्यों को मुश्किल लगता है। परन्तु यहाँ तो तुमको भीती मिलती है – अगर ५ भूतों को जीतेंगे तो स्वर्ग का मालिक बनेंगे। बाम्बे में एक बच्चा आता था, उसने पवित्रता की प्रतिज्ञा की थी तो उनके घर में बहुत झगड़ा चलता था। एक बच्ची जाती थी क्लास करने तो उनका भाई कहता था वहाँ जायेंगे तो मार डालेंगे। वह बच्ची कहती थी मुझे परमपिता परमात्मा का फरमान है – नर्कवासियों को स्वर्गवासी बनाओ। तो मैं अपना धन्धा तुम्हारे कहने से थोड़े ही छोड़ूंगी। तुमको जो करना है सो करो। ऐसी बहादुर बच्चियां कम हैं। कहाँ-कहाँ विकार के लिए मातायें भी हंगामा करती हैं। परन्तु जो महावीर हैं वह जीत पाते हैं। ऐसे बहादुर मेल्स भी हैं तो फीमेल्स भी हैं। गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रह पवित्र रहना यह और ही अच्छा है। उनको ही महारथी कहा जाता है। भल कोई इस जन्म में ब्रह्मचारी रहते हैं परन्तु अगले जन्म के तो पाप सिर पर हैं। सिर्फ काम विकार नहीं है और भी बहुत पाप होते हैं। देह-अभिमान है तो पाप अवश्य होते हैं। जो मनुष्य खुद ही मांस, शराब आदि खाते हैं वह दूसरों की सद्गति कैसे करेंगे।“ (ब्रह्माकुमारियों द्वारा प्रकाशित रिवाइज़्ड साकार मुरली तारीख ३.१.०८, पृष्ठ २)

Abhi tum itnay naamigraami nahee huay ho kyonki yah nayi cheez hai. Bombay may Chiminyanand ke paas bahut jaatey hain. Unka akhbaar may bhi padtaa hai. Yahaan toh sirf suntey hain pavitra rahnaa hoga toh vaayrey (confuse) ho jaatey hain. Stree purush ikatthey rahkar pavitra rahein, impossible. Aag aur kapoos hain. Stri toh nark ka dwaar hai, unkay saath rahney say nark may chaley jaatey hain. Parantu apney ko nark ka dwaar nahee samajhtey. Toh manushyon ko mushkil lagtaa hai. Parantu yahaan toh tumko bheeti miltee hai – agar 5 bhooton ko jeetengey toh swarg ka maalik banengey. Bombay may ek bachcha aataa thaa, usne pavitrata kee pratigya kee thi toh unkay ghar may bahut jhagdaa chaltaa tha. Ek bachchi jaati thi class karney toh unka Bhai kahtaa tha vahaan jaayengey toh maar daalengey. Vah bachchi kahtee thi mujhey Parampita Parmatma ka firmaan hai – narkvaasiyon ko swargvaasi banaao. Toh mai apnaa dhandha tumhaarey kahney say thodey hee chodoongi. Tumko jo karnaa hai so karo. Aisee bahadur bachchiyaan kam hain. Kahaan-kahaan vikaar ke liye maataen bhi hangama kartee hain. Parantu jo mahaveer hain vah jeet paatey hain. Aisey bahadur males bhi hain toh females bhi hain. Grihasth vyavhaar may rah pavitra rahnaa yah aur hee achcha hai. Unko hee maharathi kahaa jaataa hai. Bhal koi is janma may brahmachaari rahtey hain parantu agley janma ke toh paap sir par hain. Sirf kaam vikaar nahee hai aur bhi bahut paap hotey hain. Deh-abhimaan hai toh paap avashya hotey hain. "Now you have not become so famous because this is a new thing. Many people visit Chiminyanand (a famous Hindu guru named Chinmayanand) at Bombay. Their news is published in the newspapers too. Here, when they just hear that they will have to lead a pure life, they become confused. (They think that) “It is impossible for a woman and a man to lead a pure life while living together. They are like fire and cotton. A woman is a gateway to hell; you go to hell by living with her.” But they (i.e. men) do not consider themselves to be gateways to hell. So, people find it difficult. But here you are cautioned, ‘If you gain victory over the five ghosts you will become masters of heaven. At Bombay, a child used to come; he had taken the vow of purity; so there used to be a lot of fights at his home. A daughter used to attend class (in a center); her brother used to tell her that if she went there he would kill her. That daughter used to say , ‘I have been ordered by the Supreme Father Supreme Soul to transform the residents of hell to the residents of heaven. So, will I leave my occupation on being told by you? Do whatever you wish to. Such brave daughters are few in number. Sometimes mothers too create disturbance for lust. But those who are mahaaveer (the bravest ones), they are able to gain victory. There are such brave males as well as females. Leading a pure life while living in a household is better. They are called maharathi (elephant mounted warriors, i.e. those who make the highest effort). Although some may remain celibate in this birth, there is a burden of sins of the past birth on their heads. There is not just lust, but there are many other sins too. If there is body consciousness, then sins are certainly committed. How can the human beings who consume meat, drink wine etc. bring about the true salvation of others?" “जो सहज राजयोग सीखेंगे वह वर्सा पायेंगे। सारी दुनिया तो क्या सारा भारत भी यह ज्ञान सुन धारण नहीं कर सकता है। बाकी कोई झगड़ा है वह तो तुम बच्चों को मिटाना है योगबल से। मार उन्हें खानी पड़ती है जिन्हों का कुछ ममत्व है, नष्टोमोहा नहीं बने हैं, वह ताकत नहीं है। बाबा के पास समाचार आया कि एक गोपिका ने बहुत आंसू बहाये। परन्तु रोने से क्या होगा? बाप ने युक्तियां तो बहुत बताई है। पति को बोलो हम पवित्र रहने चाहती हैं और बाकी सब सर्विस करने के लिए तैयार हैं। युक्ति से अपने को छुड़ा सकती हैं। परन्तु पहले अपनी दिल का ममत्व टूटना चाहिए।

माताओं का पति और बच्चों में बहुत मोह होता है। फिर कहती है कोई छुडावे। परन्तु इसमें चिल्लाने वा रोने की कोई दरकार नहीं। यह समझ की बात है। समझो कोई अच्छे आदमी की स्त्री है, बच्चे भी फर्स्टक्लास हैं, बाबा तो कहेंगे गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहकर पवित्र रहकर दिखाओ, इस अन्तिम जन्म के लिए। तो पति को समझाकर वश करना पड़े। नहीं तो जवाब देना पड़े। परन्तु जब नष्टोमोहा बन सके तब। कोई चाहे एक सेकेण्ड में नष्टोमोहा हो जाए, नहीं तो जीवन भर भी न हो सके। बहुतों को छोड़ने बाद भी ममत्व नहीं मिटता फिर रग जाती रहती है, तो वह अवस्था नहीं रहती। इसलिए बाप कहते हैं पहले नष्टोमोहा हो जाओ। बाकी सिर्फ कर्म कूटते रहेंगे तो बाप क्या करेंगे?“

Pati ko bolo ham pavitra rahney chaahti hain aur baaki sab service karney ke liye taiyyaar hain. Yukti say apney ko chudaa saktee hain. Parantu pehley apnee dil ka mamatwa tootnaa chaahiye.

Mataon ka pati aur bachchon may bahut moh hota hai. Fir kahtee hain koi chudaavey. Parantu ismay chillaney va roney kee koi darkaar nahee. Yah samajh kee baat hai. Samjho koi achchey aadmi ki stree hai, bachchey bhi firstclass hain, Baba toh kahengey grihasth vyavhaar may rahkar pavitra rahkar dikhaao, is antim janma ke liye. Toh pati ko samjhaakar vash karnaa padey. Nahee toh jawaab dena padey. Parantu jab nashtomoha ban sakey tab. Koi chaahey ek second may nashtomoha ho jaaye, nahee toh jeevan bhar bhi na ho sakey. Bahuton ko chodney baad bhi mamatwa nahee mit-taa. Fir rag jaati rahtee hai toh vah avastha nahee rahtee. Isliye Baap kahtey hain pehley nashtomoha ho jaao. Baaki sirf karma koot-tey rahengey toh Baap kya karengey?"

"Those who learn rajyog will obtain the inheritance. Leave aside the entire world, not even entire India can listen to this knowledge and imbibe it. If there is any dispute you children have to resolve it through the power of Yoga. Those who have some attachment, those who have not conquered attachment, and those who do not possess the power have to suffer beatings. Baba got news that a daughter shed a lot of tears. But what would happen by crying? The Father has narrated many tactics. Tell the husband that you want to lead a pure life and that you are ready to serve him in all other ways. They can free themselves tactfully. But first of all one should conquer attachment.

Mothers have a lot of attachment for their husband and children. Then they say that someone should liberate them (from the bondages). But there is no need to shout or cry in this. This is a matter of understanding. Suppose, someone is a wife of a nice person, if the children are also first class, Baba will say – lead a pure life while living in a household for this last birth. So, you have to explain to the husband and control him. Otherwise one would have to answer. But only if one could become the conquerors of attachment. One may become the conqueror of attachment in a second; otherwise one may not become conquerors of attachment throughout the life. Many do not become free from attachment even after leaving many; then one keeps getting pulled (towards those whom they have left). Then the stage does not remain constant. That is why the Father says – first become conquerors of wealth. If you keep cursing your karma, what will the Father do?"

Dharana Point No.110 (Anger)

“अपने को आत्मा समझ और बाप को याद करो – यह शिक्षा बाप बैठ देते हैं। यही शिक्षा तुम बच्चों को भी देनी है और कुछ भी बोलना नहीं है। समझानी देनी है घर गृहस्थ में ऐसे रहना है, यही है मनमनाभव। यह है पहली-पहली प्वाइंट। घर में क्रोध भी नहीं करना है। बाप ने समझाया है क्रोध के लिए कहा जाता है पानी का मटका भी सुखा देता है। क्रोध बहुत अशान्ति फैलाता है, दुश्मन है ना। इसलिए तुम्हें शान्ति में रहना है। भोजन मिला, खाकर अपने धन्धे वा आफिस आदि में चले गये। सब कहते हैं शान्ति चाहिए।

बच्चों को बताया गया है कि शान्ति का सागर तो एक ही बाप है, वह देंगे कैसे? बच्चों को डायरेक्शन देते हैं कि मुझे याद करो। मुख से कुछ भी बोलना नहीं है, अन्तर्मुख रहना है। बहुत मीठा बनना है। कड़ुवा नहीं बोलना है। कोई को दुःख नही दो। यह लड़ाई आदि सब क्या है? एक दो पर क्रोध करते हैं ना। कोई ने कुछ कहा तो आपस में लड़ पड़ते हैं – यह क्रोध की निशानी है। सतयुग में क्रोध आदि होता नहीं। क्रोध वाले को आसुरी सम्प्रदाय कहा जाता है। भूत आता है तो अपने को भी दुःख देते हैं और औरों को भी दुःख देते हैं। क्रोधी खुद भी तपता है और दूसरों को भी तपाता है, जिससे ही अशान्ति होती है।

जिस बात से अशान्ति हो वह बोलनी नहीं चाहिए। दूसरों को तो ज्ञान है ही नहीं, वो तो क्रोध करेंगे। उनके साथ क्रोध करने से लड़ाई लग जाती है। बाप समझाते हैं – बच्चे यह भी कड़ा भूत है, इनको युक्ति से भगाना है। कभी भी मुख से कड़ुवे वचन नहीं निकलने चाहिए। क्रोध बहुत नुकसानकारक है। लड़ाई भी क्रोध से होती है। जहाँ क्रोध होता है वहाँ अशान्ति रहती है। तुम क्रोध कर बाप का नाम बदनाम करेंगे। तुम सबको कहते हो इन भूतों को भगाना है। एक बार भगाया फिर आधाकल्प यह होंगे नहीं। अभी इन ५ विकारों का बहुत जोर है। फुल फोर्स में हैं। आँखें भी क्रिमिनल होती हैं, मुख भी क्रिमिनल होता है। खुद को भी तपाता है, घर को भी तपा देते हैं। यह बहुत बड़े दुश्मन हैं। जब तक इनको भगायेंगे नहीं तब तक शान्ति नहीं हो सकती। क्रोध वाले शान्ति में, योग में रह नहीं सकते।

तो देखना है हमारे में कोई भूत तो नहीं है? मोह का भूत, लोभ का भूत....यह सब भूत हैं क्योंकि रावण की सेना है ना। देही-अभिमानी बनने के लिए बाप कितनी याद की यात्रा सिखलाते हैं।....लोभ का भूत भी कम नहीं है । समझते हैं अपनी दिल में कि बरोबर हमारे में यह भूत हैं। देह-अभिमान का भी भूत आता है तो सारी की कमाई चट हो जाती है। क्रोध वाले का भी यह हाल हो जाता है। तुम्हारे पास तो सेमी क्रोध है। मनुष्यों में तो कितना क्रोध है। एक दूसरे को एकदम मार देते हैं। स्त्री पति को, बच्चा बाप को मार देते हैं। जेल में जाकर ऐसे बहुत केस देख सकते हो।

यह तो समझते हो बरोबर भूतों की प्रवेशता के कारण भारत का क्या हाल हो गया है। जो भारत हीरों का इतना बड़ा मटका था, जिसमें हीरे-मोती भरे थे, वह सब खाली हो गये हैं। क्रोध के कारण मटका सूख जाता है। यह किसको पता नहीं। बाप आते हैं यह भूत निकालने के लिए, और कोई निकाल नहीं सकता। यह ५ भूत बड़े जबरदस्त हैं। ... अपनी जांच रखनी है – मेरे में क्रोध तो नहीं है? मैजारिटी में क्रोध है। गाली देने बिगर रहेंगे नहीं। कोई शान्त में रहते हैं, कोई जवाब दे देते हैं या हाथ चला देते हैं। क्रोध ऐसा खराब है। अब तुम बच्चों को तो एकदम सम्पूर्ण पावन बनना है। शरीर भी याद न रहे तब पद पा सकेंगे।“

“Apney ko aatmaa samajh aur Baap ko Yaad karo – yah shiksha Baap baith detey hain. Yahee shiksha tum bachchon ko bhi deni hai aur kuch bhi bolnaa nahee hai. Samjhaani deni hai ghar grihasth may aisey rahnaa hai, yahee hai manmanaabhav. Yah hai pehli-pehli point. Ghar may krodh bhi nahee karnaa hai. Baap nay samjhaya hai krodh ke liye kahaa jaataa hai paani ka matka bhi sukha deta hai. Krodh bahut ashaanti failaataa hai, dushman hai na. Isliye tumhey shaanti may rahnaa hai. Bhojan milaa, khaakar apney dhandhey va office aadi may chaley gaye. Sab kahtey hain shaanti chaahiye.

Bachchon ko bataya gayaa hai ki shaanti ka saagar toh ek hee Baap hai, vah dengey kaisey? Bachchon ko direction detey hain ki mujhey Yaad karo. Mukhh say kuchch bhi bolnaa nahee hai, antarmukh rahnaa hai. Bahut meetha ban-na hai. Kaduva nahee bolnaa hai. Koi ko dukh nahee doh. Yah laraai aadi sab kya hai? Ek doh par krodh kartey hain na. Koi nay kuch kahaa toh aapas may lad padtey hain – yah krodh kee nishaani hai. Satyug may krodh aadi hota nahi. Krodh vaaley ko aasuri sampradaay kahaa jaataa hai. Bhoot aata hai toh apney ko bhi dukhh detey hain aur auron ko bhi dukh detey hain. Krodhi khud bhi taptaa hai aur doosron ko bhi tapaataa hai, jis-say hee ashaanti hoti hai.

Jis baat say ashaanti ho vah bolnee nahee chaahiye. Doosron ko toh gyaan hai hee nahee, voh toh krodh karengey. Unkay saath krodh karney say ladaai lag jaati hai. Baap samjhaatey hain – Bachchey yah bhi kadaa bhoot hai, inko yukti say bhagaanaa hai. Kabhi bhi mukhh say kaduvey vachan nahee nikalney chaahiye. Krodh bahut nuksaankaarak hai. Ladaai bhi krodh say hoti hai. Jahaan krodh hota hai vahaan ashaanti rahtee hai. Tum krodh kar Baap ka naam badnaam karengey. Tum sabko kahtey ho in bhooton ko bhagaanaa hai. Ek baar bhagaayaa fir aadhakalpa yah hongey nahee. Abhi in 5 vikaaron ka bahut jor hai. Full force may hain. Aankhein bhi criminal hoti hain, mukhh bhi criminal hota hai. Khud ko bhi tapaataa hai, ghar ko bhi tapaa detey hain. Yah bahut badey dushman hain. Jab tak inko bhagaayengey nahee tab tak shaanti nahee ho saktee. Krodh vaaley shaanti may, Yoga may rah nahee saktey.

Toh dekhnaa hai hamaarey may koi bhoot toh nahee hai? Moh ka bhoot, lobh ka bhoot...yah sab bhoot hain kyonki Ravan kee sena hai na. Dehi-abhimaani ban-ney ke liye Baap kitnee Yaad kee yaatraa sikhlaatey hain.....Lobh ka bhoot bhi kam nahee. Samajhtey hain apnee dil may ki barobar hamaarey may yah bhoot hain. Deh-abhimaan ka bhi bhoot aataa hai toh saari kee kamaai chat ho jaati hai. Krodh vaaley ka bhi yah haal ho jaataa hai. Tumhaarey paas toh semi krodh hai. Manushyon may toh kitnaa krodh hai. Ek doosrey ko ekdam maar detey hain. Stree pati ko, bachcha baap ko maar detey hain. Jail may jaakar aisey bahut case dekh saktey ho.

Yah toh samajhtey ho barobar bhooton kee praveshtaa ke kaaran Bhaarat ka kya haal ho gayaa hai. Jo Bhaarat heeron ka itnaa badaa matkaa tha, jismay heerey-moti bharey thay, vah sab khaali ho gaye hain. Krodh ke kaaran matkaa sookh jaataa hai. Yah kisko pataa nahee. Baap aatey hain yah bhoot nikaalney ke liye, aur koi nikaal nahee saktaa. Yah 5 bhoot badey jabardast hain....Apnee jaanch rakhnee hai – merey may krodh toh nahee hai? Majority may krodh hai. Gaali deney bigar rahengey nahee. Koi shaant may rahtey hain, koi jawaab dey detey hain ya haath chalaa detey hain. Krodh aisa kharaab hai. Ab tum bachchon ko toh ekdam sampoorna paavan ban-na hai. Shareeer bhi Yaad na rahey tab pad paa sakengey."

“Consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father – The Father sits and gives this teaching. You children too have to give the same teaching; you need not speak anything else. You have to explain, ‘We have to lead a household life like this. This is called manmanaabhav. This is the first and foremost point. At home, you should not even become angry. The Father has explained, ‘It is said about anger that it dries up even a pot full of water’. Anger spreads a lot of restlessness (there is no word peacelessness in English); it is an enemy, isn’t it? That is why you have to live peacefully. You got your food, eat it and go for your business or office, etc. Everyone says : we want peace.

The children have been told that only one Father is an ocean of peace. How will He give it? He gives a direction to the children , ‘Remember me. You should not speak anything through your mouth. You have to be introvert. You have to become very sweet. You should not speak bitterly. Do not bring sorrow to anyone. What is this fighting, etc.? They become angry at each other, don’t they? If someone says something , they start fighting with each other : this is an indication of anger. There is no (vice of) anger, etc. in the Golden Age. Those who are wrathful are said to belong to the demoniac community. When the ghost (of anger) enters someone, they bring sorrow to themselves as well as to others. A wrathful person burns himself and burns others, this itself leads to restlessness.

You should not speak the words that create disturbance. Others do not have knowledge at all. They will certainly show anger. A fight begins if you show anger at them. The Father explains : Children, this is also a tough ghost; it has to be chased away tactfully. Bitter words should never emerge from your mouth. Anger is very harmful. Fights are also caused due to anger. Wherever there is anger, there is disturbance. If you show anger, you will spoil the Father’s name. You tell everyone that these vices have to be chased away. Once you have chased them away, they will not exist for half a cycle. Now these five vices are very forceful. They are in full force. The eyes as well as the mouth become criminal. It burns oneself as well as the house. These are very big enemies. Until these are chased away, peace cannot be established. Wrathful ones cannot live in peace, in Yoga.

So, we have to check whether there is any ghost in us. The ghost of attachment, the ghost of greed.....All these are ghosts because it is an army of Ravan, isn’t it? The Father teaches a lot (about) the journey of remembrance in order to become soul conscious.....The ghost of greed is no less. They feel in their heart that this ghost is definitely present in me. Even if the ghost of body consciousness comes, the entire income is lost. A wrathful person also suffers a similar fate. You have semi-anger. There is so much anger in (worldly) people. They completely kill each other . Wife kills her husband; child kills his Father. You can go to the jail and see many such cases.

You do realize that definitely India has reached this condition because of the entry of ghosts. India, which was such a big pot of diamonds, filled with diamonds and pearls, has become empty. The pot becomes dry because of anger. Nobody knows this. The Father comes to remove these ghosts; nobody else can remove them. These five ghosts are very strong.....We have to check ourselves : Do I have anger in me? Majority have anger in them. They cannot remain without hurling abuses. Some remain peaceful; some reply or use their hands (to beat). Anger is so bad. Now you children have to become completely pure. You should not even remember the body; then you will be able to achieve the post."
